Vị trí 1: Nhân viên Đăng kiểm
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Nộp hồ sơ và mẫu cho Cục Đăng kiểm (VAQ), Trung tâm thử nghiệm xe cơ giới (VMTC), Trung tâm thử nghiệm khí thải (NETC) và các phòng ban khác;
– Chuẩn bị mẫu trước khi kiểm tra thực tế ở Trung tâm thử nghiệm xe cơ giới và Trung tâm thử nghiệm khí thải;
– Thu hoạch mẫu và báo cáo khi hoàn thành kiểm tra;
– Hỗ trợ bộ phận các vấn đề kỹ thuật;
– Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Ứng viên tốt nghiệp trình độ Trung cấp trở lên;
– Thành thạo kỹ năng tin học văn phòng;
– Có các kỹ năng giao tiếp và kỹ thuật;
– Ưu tiên có bằng lái xe B2.

Vị trí 2: Nhân viên Phòng Dịch vụ Hậu mãi (After Sales Service Staff)
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Improve the quality and content of services to enhance customer satisfaction based on customer feedback
– Train and support dealers with specific performance targets to improve dealership performance
– Manage budgets and allocate resources optimally to improve the work efficiency of dealers. Implement improvements to increase the efficiency of the service process, shorten the response time to customers and improve the efficiency of the service (including shortening of takt time, leveling of work by promoting reservation, improvement of skills, etc.)
– Work to improve quality, perform troubleshooting and quality verification collaboration with QC/QA and Production to improve product quality and customer service
– Understand competitors‘ service strategies and implement appropriate countermeasures. Introduce new technologies and service methods to improve customer satisfaction
– Do other tasks assigned by superiors
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Degree in Automotive Engineering;
– Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– English (business level)
– 3 years of working experience in the Automotive service field
– Customer service, process improvement, planning & analyzing, developing standards, GRIT

Vị trí 3: Web Developer / Web Engineer
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Maintain and enhance the content, structure, and security of the current website (suzuki.com.vn);
– Develop, design, and deliver website structure for Internet/ Intranet sites;
– Document, test, implement, and maintain webpages and multimedia design using appropriate web publishing, editing, and graphics applications;
– Implement design standards and styles that ensure a high level of design and coding efficiency consistent with current standards, laws, and trends;
– Serve as a client contract regarding website maintenance and enhancement. – Investigate website issues and coordinate resolutions;
– Monitor and report web statistics and make recommendations to managers to improve visibility and usability of the website;
– Oversee the implementation of major site-wide upgrades;
– Maintain technical expertise in web design tools and act as a technical resource for software in the field of expertise;
– Participate in various committees;
– Support helpdesk when needed.

– Graduate from University or College majoring from IT;
– Skills: Digital Marketing, Logical Thinking, Data Analysis, and Communication;
– Programming languages: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
– Framework: WordPress;

– English: proficient communication.
